I guess it's just the work ethic instilled in me by my parents. If you don't want to do a job, fine. But to refuse to do a job AND still expect a paycheck is Theft in my opinion. I guess that's what makes me a conservative. I got downvoted like a motherfricker for my first post in this thread, but keep in mind, I'm a 23 year veteran cop. If I reach the point that I'm afraid to do my job due to the potential legal backlash, I'm out. I won't steal from the citizens of my city by collecting a paycheck consisting of their hard-earned dollars while refusing to do the job that they're paying me for.

This cop shot an aggressor with a deadly weapon and very likely saved the life of another in the process..
So what’s the reward?? NBC editing tapes to generate outrage.. sports stars putting a target on them.. BLM trying to race hustle in your name... threats.. harassment.. protests...
What if he showed up 10 minutes later?? Think about it. Would it be a story? Nationally? Would it have been in the local media for more than 2 days? Instead of one dead girl... you have one dead and one on the way to prison.

There are already neighborhoods that he USPS will not go into. Same for Doordash, pizza delivery, etc. Just a matter of time before the LEOs throw their hands up and say "you are on your on".

Actually this is the ONLY way to stop claims of police racism in the country, AND it can actually work in the large metro areas around the country. Response times will probably be slower, but hell!...do what you've gotta do!

BUT, it's harder to accuse them of doing anything strictly because they are racists.

That's not what I said! Put yourself in their actual position, then form an opinion. Hell!..we've all watched episodes of COPS and others like it, but we haven't been behind the hammer.
