-Polls have to be close so cheating is not obvious. This why the dems talk about all the above, to sway the polls

Why is it close? Because Trump has issues on his side by the dozens and will not concisely address them. I am voting for him but he is his own worst enemy. He plays to his base 100% of the time, and he doesnt have to. He didnt even need to address the abortion issue but he did and now the evangelicals are cooling. He could systematically destroy the Biden Harris regime on the issues, yet does nothing but goob it up.

Because a lot of reasonable people don't like Trump all that much, although that's a very secondary reason

It’s not. Trump should when in a landslide. The polls are rigged, the ballot boxes are rigged,and the election is rigged. The polls are close so they can make it seem plausible she can win before they steal another election.

There are a lot of people who are going to vote for the Democratic candidate, no matter what. It wouldn't matter what the Democratic candidate said or did, there are people who would vote for said candidate.
Why there are people that are that way varies. Some vote for Democrats because that's what they've always done. Some do it because the Democrats always seek to expand and add entitlements. Some vote for Democrats because they are Union members and they are basically ordered to do so. Some do it because they've been conditioned to believe that every Republican is an evil, racist monster.
Whatever the reason, there is a large portion of the population that will always for the Democratic candidate. You can also add into that group the people who simply hate Trump and will vote for whoever is opposing him.
