The truth is you don’t need to be Christian or religious at all to disapprove of homosexuality. It’s just that claiming religious grounds was the last acceptable reason not to love it until even that was taken away.

Other than unleashing a literal 3rd world plague upon this nation with aids, they have came up with Kaposi sarcoma, new strains of HPV and colon cancer, drug resistant syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. Give Grindr and few more years and they will cook up the next drug resistance superbug in their Petri dish bodies.

And it’s actually pretty hard to get aids, but they are still spreading it like wildfire despite billions of dollars in public health funding and absolutely heroic advances in healthcare with drugs like truvada and PreP (expecting them to use a condom is out of the question, bigot).

It’s an unhealthy and self-destructive lifestyle for the individual and a public health problem for all. There is a reason past societies have independently decided it as bad since time began. You don’t need God to know that or crazy right wing sources, just the CDC website.

I guess that’s for the cops outside Stonewall 50 years ago to answer.

There shouldn't be a LGBT month.......or a black history month.....or hispanic heritage month.......or any other similar month.

It was a stupid road to go down in the first place and, instead of recognizing that fact, we just keep doubling down on stupid.

Who gives a shite? People should just worry about themselves. Pretty simple.

Can I just add that I also don't really know why the T is in there with the others.

They really aren't related at all.

Being attracted to someone of the same sex and being mentally ill in that you think you're something you aren't are two entirely different things.

Just because they both hold some ancillary connection to sex doesn't really mean they're related

A lot of young people might not realize this, but before Trump became President and set up the camps, gays were allowed to live among us. You would see them sashaying about town, dressed flamboyantly, listening to Streisand and Manilow music. It was crazy.

The only thing we should memorialize is Confederate History, right?

BTW, that was sarcasm, for anyone whose meter is broken. Every year I help my family clean the statue of an ancestor who commanded Southron forces in a major Civil War battle. I have no problem with Southern Pride, Irish Pride or any other Pride celebration.

Those who need a "pride day" hint they feel they are inferior, and need a boost. Soooo, soooo needy.

Low self esteem + penchant for drama = parades and commemoration.

So do you. They just do not tell you, because they can usually recognize a bigot when they see one.

Legal rights are finally catching up, but that is only a subset of being “treated like anyone else.”

As a small example, you can walk down the street holding hands with your partner in any small town in this country (assuming any woman will have you ... a questionable assumption). A gay or lesbian couple cannot say the same.

That couldn't be more disingenuous. It wasn't six years ago that it wasn't even legal for them to marry their partners in several states. The real drama here is their opposition.

You realize that 90% do not have any idea what you are talking about. Given their views of homosexuals, they won’t look it up, either.

And now they're teaching children the wonders of mutilating their genitals and the joys of unprotected sex and on demand abortion.

I have no problem with gay people. Transgenders are extremely mentally ill people and that should not be normalized much less left untreated.
