The reason I like Tucker so much is that he calls out these cowardly Republicans unlike any other right wing pundit. His dressing down of that shite Mike Braun needs to be immortalized.

I know you baws are anxious about the political consequences of this, but it will really work out better politically if you suppress the outbreak. Political leaders in Europe are sitting pretty with high approval ratings despite bad economic situations because they're following the public will to protect public health which will redound to a stronger economic recovery. If Trump hadn't blown this situation, he could be in the same situation. If you choose "economy over outbreak", you blow both.

They're bending the knee because they rely on elderly votes so they can't appear to be choosing the economy/freedoms over elderly lives.

The gop might actually consume more soy than the filthy commies.

I assume it’s because they are briefed on the political economy of the public health situation and read polls.

THE REPUBLICAN PARTY DOES NOT EXIST.
IT IS A "POTEMKIN VILLAGE" POLITICAL PARTY.

When people respond to something funny like this with, "I literally spit out my coffee", I still take them figuratively. But this time and for the first time I literally spit out my coffee.

It takes a lot of imagining.
Here in Missouri, the outbreaks are happening in rural counties now. The number of Covid patients in St. Louis hospitals is less than half what it was at the peak.
Kansas City, with a population of 500,000, has 32 deaths. They just instituted a mask order. Imagine.

Hey Doc, pull up the medical practice of social distancing you guys learned in med school from one of your text books. I won't be holding by breath.

While you're trying to own me on medical theory, Italy, by taking public health policy seriously instead jerking off with it, is down to less than 200 cases per day while we had 51,000 yesterday. They're opening schools with students in classrooms in September. Are we?

Why are we opening school? This virus has minimal to no effect on children...
Has Italy opened their economy back up or just schools?

I wish I had more downvotes to give. You do understand the country is fed up with the mixed signals the government is giving us in regards to the C'rona, as well as half of us feel like its a hoax to begin with. Economy and freedom over shut downs and masks.
