The far left loves abortion because it reduces the number of minorities. Extreme left wing policies always hurt minority communities, and the mainstream Democrats are so far left they have no idea where the center is. They think a populist like Trump is some kind of conservative.

They have succeeded in normalizing the killing of babies - which makes them money. The next step is to normalize the killing of the elderly (assisted suicide, dignified death)- who cost the government more money.
Step 3 is to normalize the killing of what they deem undesirables. Its happening in other country. Iceland has "eliminated" down syndrome because they've killed them all.
Once you normalize all of that, you can move to killing Christians or political proponents en masse.

Planned Parenthood is in the business of extracting stem cells, adrenochrome, and organs from the fetuses they kill to he sold and used on the black market by powerful people. All of the women’s rights crap is just a public face on an organization whose purpose is to supply black market human tissue.

Sanger was all about birth control and was strongly opposed to abortion. She deemed abortion as abysmal.

It is a perfect 'wedge issue' as a political strategy toward Socialist Ideological hegemony, affecting Women in a very powerful, personal way.
Further - re the deeper Philosophical Principles in play - it comes down to whether one chooses to believe in the Idea of God, and that a pre-born *child* in the womb deserves the same reverence that a breathing human assumes (per the God Paradigm). The Child is innocent...breathing Humans can be judged re their merited choices, and as such are not innocent.
And whether or not a pre-born *child* gets the same Civil protection under Law in regard to being aborted, as they would assume if murdered by a deranged Father...or Mother...or Negligent Homicide offender.
Religious and Constitutional Principled people has just as well realize and admit that the rising (for various reasons) Leftist/Secularist/Socialist/Fascist Global Authoritarian Movement in our Nation is NOT going to play by our Rules (Rule of Law/Equal Justice/God/etc.). Just the way it is.
