Why is it that we do not have a law against MSM pushing propaganda

and if they do, then it would be considered as treason towards our country. Push the law to where you lock up the big MSM anchors and CEO's.

Because the first amendment exists and you would have to prove that what they are pushing is propaganda, which wouldn’t be very easy.

It’s now proven Muh Russia was propaganda. The X intelligent officers claiming Hunter laptop was Russian misinformation is proven propaganda.
You could argue the news agencies are only reporting what they are told, so the government would probably need to be the ones help accountable. Holding news agencies accountable for government lies might cause them to fact check though, rather than continue the lie long after it’s proven a lie.

Didn't Obama sign into law in a H.R. to allow the media to do what the hell they want to do?

That will help the fall of America. It's been used negatively against good intentions.

It's easy. If you are using federally controlled airways (over the air stations ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, PBS), your news programs must be neutral.
I've watched the CBS evening news for many years. If I was a poli-sci doctorate student, I would do my thesis on Nora O'Donnell's tone of voice. It's easy to see how she portrays a positive tone when talking about any democrat and a negative tone when talking about Trump. I would love for someone to give an average voice range for her stories and prove her bias.

I think the main problem is the intel agencies and State Dept straight up have assets in newsrooms. The major networks and newspapers used to somewhat be a check on power. Now they are just mouthpieces for it. You will never ever see a Sy Hersh in a newsroom that humiliates the MIC anymore.

The newsrooms gets their marching orders each day from the Federal Intel agencies who dictate what they want to be broadcasted with national government. It's nothing short of domestic treason to the American public.

Be thankful that we don't have a law forbidding any skepticism about what the MSM puts out. That was a death sentence in the USSR.
