The whole region of Florida will be under the Atlantic Ocean in less than 10 or 20 years due to global warming. Why would banks and investors be dumb enough to fund loans for billions of dollars in residential and commercial real estate? Should we be starting the relocation process for all residents now? Why isn’t anyone doing anything? Help me to understand ye old wise poli board posters.

Why did Obama buy a 10 million dollar house in the Hamptons 5 feet above sea level?

Because Climate Change is a hoax, and a fear tool used by big government. Plus a lot of taxes can come from beautiful areas like Miami that have the transplant cucks from the Northeast who would love to vote on being taxed in the name of climate change.

The answer to both questions in the first two posts is that liberals who preach climate change are full of shite...furthermore, Obama flaunts his largess while pretending to be for the "little man".

And Micheal talks about “white flight” because racist whitey doesn’t wanna live next to and send their kids to school with little Trayvon, yet he and Bathhouse Barry move out to Martha’s Vineyard

Martha’s Vineyard, not Nantucket.

Best way I can explain the difference.

Martha’s Vineyard has a McDonalds, the residents of Nantucket would nuke the island before they let anyone to build a McDonalds.

The residents of Nantucket are generally rich, and they’ve had houses there for generations.

They would... look down on Obama for not being one of them.

It’s telling that Clinton chose Martha’s Vineyard too. Like Obama, he would have felt like an outsider on Nantucket.

Surrounded by people who weren’t impressed, and didn’t care.

Actually I was just looking at commercial real estate for sale and the thought crossed my mind. The panic sell off apparently hasn’t started yet. However for any poli board posters, I will offer a special deal since it is Christmas and all. I’ll give you 3 cents on the dollar for any real estate in south Florida that meets certain criteria. Remember, you don’t have much longer. If Trump is re-elected my offer drops to 2 cents on the dollar.

Because idiot Presidents and Governors would guarantee billions in disaster relief. They already do for those totally "unexpected" hurricanes that cross Florida every year.

Did you just watch Dan Pena's video? GOAT smackdown of a global warming bedwetter.

ETA: Loogaroo and tigerpawl already brought it up.

Third time is a charm.

I think it was 14 million, and where did he get 14 million? Certainly not from his Presidential gig.

Interesting.. i had no idea that there was a distinction.. I haven’t spent time in either place, but i’ve always kinda lumped the Vineyard, Nantucket and Cape Cod together in my mind, thinking that each place is the type of environment where i’d slip on my boat shoes, drive in in a Jeep Grand Wagoneer with a couple of Golden Retrievers and feel right at home... Guess not.

Dark Harbor and Bar Harbor have a McDonald's but it cost a few million and is a private residence built about 300 years ago and they don't sell hamburgers.
