Someone posted video from his speech and him standing next to Jill. The man walking in the posted video wasn't Biden. That man was walking with no shuffle and appeared steady and coordinated, not shaky and feeble.
He was noticeably taller than Jill when compared to another picture of the two standing next to each other.

Theres another of him walking out to the press conference and same thing. No shuffle, no shakiness, he was steady and coordinated.
