He also had a default judgment entered against him. He doesn’t owe money because he lost on the merits or because of his first amendment rights. He owes money because he and his attorney are so stupid and sketchy that they couldn’t comply with Court orders or basic rules of discovery.

Because he was sued, couldn’t win on summary judgment, and did such a terrible/defective job of defending himself that the Court entered a default judgment. Do you know how civil suits work?
Pretending like you actually believe anyone can say anything they like and not be subject to civil defamation or libel suits is not a good look. There simply are limitations on the first amendment same as the rest.

So who did he defame, and how do they prove he defamed anyone by having an opinion? An opinion shared by many, myself included, on the basis of a huge list of bizarre "coincidences" that no one seems to have a logical explanation for.
That's not even getting into the seemingly fake behavior of the purportedly grieving parents.
