That wasn't it. I stopped changing because the board required some sort of official pic source instead of any pic of a deceased celeb I found on the net. So, the last I had was Howard Morris (Ernest T). It didn't bother me. I've long said that Ernest T. was the best T.V. character actor ever.

I get more up to date real issues here on the PT than any news outlet. Plus, when libs try to say I watch Faux or some true conservative stations like OAN, I say no, I do not watch any TV news or papers!! Whereas we all know Libs get their info from CNN, MSNBC, Wash. Post & NY Times...

I come here because it serves as a news aggregator. It also serves as a way to take the temperature of people I am most likely to encounter in my social circles. It helps me take a sampling of current thought that I might not get from other sources.
I also look to have my blindspots exposed and my reasoning challenged. I can say stupid shite here to see what reaction it gets without regard to long term social consequences.

I don't remember Annette. There were a lot of them that changed after 2 or 3 days.
There was also the misconception that I stopped doing IT'S SATURDAY because it was banned. It was not. I just got tired of digging through the crime reports from the Inquisitor. It got old.
But I still notice that a LOT of criminals are named after Roman Generals.

All of these are particular true for me because I mostly care about Louisiana politics.
