Her kids wandered off to the restroom without telling her, and when she realized they were gone she apparently insisted that the gate agent leave her post and go look for the kids. LINK

If you’re asking about the spectators watching the show, it’s probably because there have been too many real life events that teach them that intervening is not worth it.
Lil Queen is just throwing a tantrum. She might have mental health issues. Cops are going to show up, and that might be another good show to watch.
