The rainbow logo shows that they had no idea that the circle around the words is a lasso. Didn't understand the significance of removing it when they made the new logo. Or even worse, they deleted it on purpose and didn't care about the base customer

Her comments on immediately being named CEO were sort of like, thanks for building this thing up so I can tear it down and say look at me.

Who in their ever living f*cking mind would think that the person who “held various leadership positions“ with f*cking Starbucks would be a good fit for Cracker Barrel? Starbucks is one of the most woke, insanely far-lefy fricking corporations on the planet. That’s where this woman rose through the ranks. Cracker Barrel is a corporation whose primary product is southern country cuisine and is located mostly in the southeast part of the United States. Basically the majority of Cracker Barrel franchises are in the most anti-woke states in the country.

I think the only fair thing you can say about Cracker Barrel and their wretched leadership is that this business has struggled since COVID and likely before. However, adoption of these changes, some of which are woke, isn’t the path to prosperity. Time is proving that woke is not the direction to take your business. For every new customer gained you lose one or more.

She’s just another corporate stooge - on the Board at Vivid Seats, worked in exec levels at Taco Bell, Starbucks and Mattel.
Although I disagree with her path - especially the redesign of the stores and the gay stuff - CB needed an infusion of bold ideas to return to prominence. The old ways weren’t cutting in and an injection was needed.
