Everything the Left does and says is done within the Marxist framework of oppressor/oppressed. Everything. When you start looking at them through that lens, all this stuff starts to make a lot more sense.

So that they can obscure the truth. The truth is anathema to communists. The demoralization of the populace as Bezmenov describes literally requires the removal of morality from the populace. An important part to that is to make everything a lie. Without truth, there is no morality.

Most of us see the world through individualistic windows. Marx fricked up the psyche of collectivists, they see the world in systems in which they are always the oppressed.
You can create any bogeyman you choose and they have quite a few of them.

They are also now crying if I call Oriental people Orientals. This just means they are from the Orient.
They whinge that I should call them Asians. If I say Asians, we have no way of knowing if I am speaking of Israelis, Pakis, or Japanese. I am assuming that Asian still means people from Asia.

In their world, once a term garners a negative connotation it then becomes oppressive. Someone with mental retardation (a medical term) now must be referred to as someone who is "other-capable" or suffering from "intellectual disability", etc. It makes the condition seem softer and nicer due to removing (at least some of) the negative connotation. This fits in with their mindset as they deeply desire to see the world as being softer and nicer than what it is (I'm serious when I say that someday they'll protest the Discovery Channel for showing wild animals killing one another).
Once their new terms gain negative aspects, they change them again.

Bingo! Add ism to just about any word (race, sex, etc) and they can spin it to be eternally oppressed victims of said system.

To be fair, that is a big one on platforms like YouTube, where the use of many words (e.g., suicide, child pornography) results in videos being struck, demonetized, etc.
It’s nuts.
But your point still stands.
