Why do I hate Dems/Libs? I have really been thinking about this lately.

I am normally a pleasant person. Easy going, roll-with-the-flow and generally friendly and personable. I am well-mannered, treat people with respect and I do not immediately expect or anticipate the worst in people.
Yet...I have reached a point where I just hate Dems/Libs. Even though I don't know them. Even though on an individual level they may be fine people.
So, I have asked myself, why? Why am I like that?
And after much reflection, it boils down to one overriding thing that pervades their collective behavior:
THEY BELIEVE THEY ARE (AND JUST KNOW) BETTER THAN I AM (DO).
It is because of this unearned self-assurance and concomitant smugness that they act the way that they do.
That despite centuries, millennia and epochs of evidence, that THEY know what the global temperature is "supposed" to be.
That despite its indispensable role in maintaining life on this planet, that somehow CO2 is a "pollutant" that must be eliminated.
That despite you, or I, or the VAST majority of the American people living our lives with never a cross word or deed to another person because of race, sex or gender identity - that we're unwashed bigots that deserve scorn, punishment and cancelation for our "privilege" and systemic racism.
And, most of all
That THEY are entitled to the fruit of MY (and your) labor. That I (and you) don't pay "enough" taxes and that they have an inherent claim to MY (your) money.
For these reasons, I say:
frick them. frick them all.
Yet...I have reached a point where I just hate Dems/Libs. Even though I don't know them. Even though on an individual level they may be fine people.

I hate them because they want to rule over me and my family. I am very much, you do you, and I do me. That is not how they roll at all. They want to have complete control over my life, my right to speak my mind, and defend my family and property, my right to pursue happiness. They look at us like little ants they can control. F' em

Why do I hate Dems/Libs you ask? Well aside from them being an assorted bunch of chronic liars, crooks, cheats, and murderers (you do know they kill babies, right) most of'em are arse****s. They'd betray their own mother if it helped them gain (and stay) in power.

Over the past few years, I've tried very hard not to hate them. I've talked to them, I've tried to reason with them, I even tried to get to understand them. And there's one thing I've realized. They hate us with a passion.
They think we are all stupid racist fascists. They worship their far-left politicians at a frightening level and accuse Trump supporters of doing the exact same thing.
They have a deep seeded hatred of America. They lie and say "we just want to make America better" NO, they hate America. They want to destroy it and rebuild their utopia over it.
They consume news media, and think they are intelligent for doing so. "Look at this article from NPR...." then regurgitate talking points from whatever the article says. They lack independent thought, they don't question anything. They feel their opinions need to be validated by someone they see as being superior to them. This is where academia has their influence. "Professor says all white people are RACIST! And it's true"
I hate them because of their lack of independent thought. They really believe they are intelligent for using big words and mimicking media talking points. They are useful idiots. And this is coming from someone who tried talking to them.

You could throw some gun/self defense stuff in there too.
I'm fine with people having different beliefs than me. But when those beliefs seek to weaken or control ME.... I have a severe problem with that.

I have had this same dilemma for the past 10 years - I may have even posted a sentiment congruent with yours.
I, too, am a normally pleasant person. I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I hate confrontation. I have been conscious of politics since 1960 when I left college. Until that point, I was not really aware of what "politics" even meant. If I had taken a 'preference test' at that point I would have certainly been listed as a "liberal." My trust in other people's good intentions was overwhelming.
I had been influenced by my Grandfather who always referred to LBJ as a 'murderer' but at that time I had no idea about "democrat" vs "republican" - but I knew 'murder' was really bad. I grew up during the last half of the Great Depression - so I am well acquainted with hard work, few luxuries, and WWII imbued me with inherent patriotism - which I saw as a universal trait of Americans.
I retained those impressions of "how the world works" until LBJ inherited JFK's position and used it to unleash the very opposite ideals I had been raised under. Since then, only Reagan and Trump have come close to the ideals I was raised to believe in. The last DEM to have any sense of honor and integrity were in the Humphrey, Mondale, Moynihan era. Their ideas were wrong, but they were not evil people - they just had opposing views to GOP (certainly not the most honorable people either) policies. But all sides then wanted what was best for AMERICA = the one we inherited from out founders.
I even think Carter was a good man (in his time) but was just incompetent. But every DEM since then has NOT been a good American - they have been driven by evil instincts, and trying to reason with any of them has been a 3 decade's long futile exercise.
I am left with the conclusion that they are basically driven by an evil lust for absolute control and tyranny. And to look at their continued destruction of the black community by destroying the work ethic, removing the cohesive effect of the nuclear family, stoking irrational fear and hatred, celebrating destructive culture and resisting any efforts to restore independence and responsibility.
I try not to wish them condemned to hell - that is for God to decide at a level far above my pay grade. But I do wish them misfortune in their endeavors, and would feel no sympathy at all for any of them should terrible things happen to them on earth.
At the moment I am not inclined to commit violence myself on them, but I could certainly lend my efforts to something like secession should their plunge into despotic rule not be stemmed.

That's not it. There are a lot of people better and smarter than me. I have always loved being around those people. I learn a lot from them.
The reason I hate the left is: THEY WANT TO DICTATE HOW OTHERS SHOULD LIVE THEIR LIVES.
That's why they are never worried about a govt becoming a tyranny. They like tyranny.

I was taught personal responsibility.
Liberals are despised because they always want something from others.
They want to take gun rights away because they actually think it will stop mass shootings (stupidity).
