I hate dem politicians because they are crooked and power hungry. The only people their actions serve or benefit, in the long run, are themselves. They think everyone else is dumber than a sack of rocks and that’s why they should be in charge.
I hate libs because they are so self absorbed that they actually think people give a shite what they say, do, or think. They are attention seekers. Social media has only enabled and fueled them because now they have a platform to say “hey look at me I’m so great and moral today”. They go for the wow, gasp, and awe and don’t give a crap about whatever they’re promoting that day. They’re equivalent to the guy that brags about how much he donated to the church. It’s their actions that expose their misguided intentions. If they truly cared about their cause they’d shut up for two minutes and actually think it through, but instead it’s all about immediate reward and their underlying intentions are self-serving. Do I blame them? Not necessarily. I pity them. I think if they had more life experience they would see their own ignorance, but all they’ve ever heard is “you’re so special. You’re my favorite. Brightest generation ever! Dream big. Chase your hearts desires. You can do anything if you put your mind to it!”. They’re the gullible type that marketing and advertising is aimed at... and in steps dem politicians.

No such definition exists - it is nothing more that the often hurled "dog whistle" that DEMs love to toss out when they have no rational response to any good idea.
I will give you the working definition as it has been used for the past 30 years, to wit:
"systemic racism" is the term we toss out to accuse a person/culture/idea of being definitively evil in its whole. It is used most effectively to stop any useful idea that benefits America to the detriment of our pursuit of absolute political power. It is to be used by Democrats the same way some religious cults use the concept of God - meaning it is not to be challenged and it is heresy to even trying to describe it. It is to be accepted as universal truth even when it is abstractly and provably false. When pure logic and data and facts are used to scientifically/philosophically/practicality disprove its universal 'truism' it is useful to declare those types of ideas as being the actual root of the "systemic racism" we are trying to eliminate. Never show its true meaning - never tolerate any depiction of its result - believe with all your heart that it is the 'true meaning of life."

I can't deal with arguments that have no realistic shot at improving situations. Health care would be an issue I see no way the government can ever do it better than the the private sector, though I can acknowledge we can do better.
Another example might be the emphasis to change police departments relative to "excessive force" when the overwhelming issues are fatherless broken families being the root of so much pain for black people from self destructive living or choices.
Yet all the noise is for white people acknowledge the pain for blacks and to change how they view black people or culture. Example critical race theory crap. That junk literally makes no sense
all it does is divide us more...by eliminating an person's character and making the focus all about skin color

You just identified the ROOT CAUSE of almost every problem America has suffered for the past 50 years = destruction of the nuclear family.
NOTHING will do any good in improving the lives of the black community other than encouraging the return to the two-parent (dad.mom) paradigm for how to succeed in society. ANYtHING else is just putting larger bandaids on the continuing eruptions of a spreading cancer.
And everyone on both sides know it. DEMs know it would make them have to EARN their votes by producing GOOD ideas that really WORK in advancing society.
