I can access MDOT street cameras. Why not these? Everything is public.

Not really. Municipalities and LEO’s choose them and put up zero fight.
Many also don’t seem to understand that these systems are not automatically hive-mind nationwide everything surveillance. It’s not. Many if not most jurisdictions are only using localized versions of the system.

No. Not sure where you got that—weird interpretation. My point was that nothing you say will make a passive collection tool into an active one.

Why don’t you have open access to all red light cameras, airport surveillance video, and the US secret service bodycam’s from the WH residence?
You’re missing the question. What possible right would you—average citizen—have to general unedited flock camera data? The government can state a legitimate policy interest. Can you? Being a weirdo/constitutional “auditor” isn’t a legitimate interest FWIW

Don't care about them. They don't collectively create a mosaic of an individual's life across the nation. While storing that information indefinitely.

I do find it humorous that people are are against flock but no uproar over selling of personal information in retail settings.
For example, Walmart does this
Walmart says it collects things including:
* Purchase and transaction history — what you bought, returned, rented, etc.
* Demographic information — age, gender, household income, education, number of children, number of cars, etc.
* Location information
* Video/audio and other sensory information
* Biometric information in certain circumstances
* Inferences about you, including preferences and characteristics inferred from your shopping patterns and behaviors.
“Person shops at Walmart ? Walmart observes/records shopping behavior ? combines it with transaction/account/location/demographic information ? analyzes it ? uses or shares resulting information for advertising, analytics, market research, etc
lol but we are in an uproar about flock. That’s just one business. It has become essentially everywhere you shop, use an app and etc.

You missed the entire point of that portion of my post. The clarify for you. It has NOTHING to do with fear of dying. It has EVERYTHING to do with the govt not following its own rules. Rules for thee but not for me. Hope that clears it up.
