Conservatives believe in limited government. Reducing government spending, not increasing it.
Conservatives do not believe in starting foreign wars, nation building, regime change or any of that crap.
Conservatives are against government welfare programs.
Conservatives are against the police state.
Conservatives want to conserve the constitution.
The truth is - YOU ARE NOT A CONSERVATIVE.

Unlike Americans, most of the world associate conservatism as defending the status quo. Which is why liberalism was pro freedom movement in 1700s-1800s where the world was restricted due to factors of mercantilism, war, and inflation.
