Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea, has been cited by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) as stating that his military should "thoroughly annihilate" the US and South Korea if they initiate military confrontation and provocations against North Korea. He emphasized that the army should achieve this by using all available means and potentialities without hesitation.
