Yes, and because of the way they look also. Hard-core, staunch liberals- you know the ones I'm talking about- are easily identifiable by their physical appearance and mannerisms. Conservatives are far more serious people but don’t everything so seriously, if that makes sense. To be funny you have to be ok with being offensive.
