I get the reference…but if you’re not prospering under Trump, you’re the moron.

I do appreciate your taste in comedies, however.

i'm doing fine but appreciate your concern
greatest movie ever made
one of my college girlfriends was a bahamian citizen. i got invited down there for spring break with her family one year. they belonged to some fancy pants country club. at dinner, they assigned you to a shared table with 10-12 people. luck of the draw but we had dinner with mel and anne bancroft. he was exactly like one would hope - had the whole table in stitches with his stories and quick wit, but also was very cool and didn't make it all about him. he asked us all what we did, where we were from and listened closely to all our far less entertaining stories
anne was stunningly beautiful and also super nice. i was hoping she'd mrs robinson me but no dice

Why would I trust these numbers? In 2020-21 everything increased by 30%-200% and the government claimed it was 3%.

Some things did go up 30%-200%. During COVID we had gas for $1.05 a gallon, you could get eggs for 30 cents, hamburger was $2.50 a pound, etc… When things opened back up prices increased back to normal over the next year.

“30% to 200%” are percentages that are extremely misleading. You are smarter than that. To believe those numbers are relative to actual rate of inflation is ignorant

Trump should have e listened to his instincts and told Netanyahu to go to hell. Inflation today is 100% tied to oil prices.

I cannot believe that people downvote this simple statement.

The Dems would 100% make things worse.

Have told the story before, but in 2020 I had to go to Costco 2 days in a row after forgetting something.

Noticed the prices were all higher, went to everyone of my staple items and they had all increased $1-2 overnight. At work, in 2022 I remember comparing invoices, parts I would get for $800 were now $12,000.

Anyone believing single digit inflation is a brainwashed simpleton.

Don’t forget when Biden changed the definition of recession.
