Trump isn’t converting white women. Why not choose a minority? Byron Daniels, Winsome Sears, Tulsi? Instead Republicans choose a white woman from the south, to reinforce all the stereotype.

It was probably that Jesse guy from Fox who came up with the idea.
For some reason this sort of over dramatic schtick has taken hold lately. It usually works better for Fox viewers, so I can see why they went with it.
