and he reported those concerns to his superiors at the NSC.
He did not. He broke chain of command. And he lied under oath 3 times yesterday. Here is one:
- stated under oath that he too it to the person he did because Mr Morris, his superior was not available.
- Mr Morris testified that Vindman met with him the day of the call with the edits.
Video of the testimony of Mr Morrison.
He lied when he stated that the President "demanded". And Trump never demanded anything. Also in the video above.
- He lied when he stated he did not know the whistle blower.
- He lied when he stated he had never talked to the whistle blower.
Both of those lies are in this link

So AggieHank, you gonna revise your opening statement now that most of what you said has been proven false?

Is there any DIRECT evidence that he took his concerns directly to Congress or to anyone other than superiors at the NSC? Yes, there has been plenty of speculation, but I am asking about objective fact.

Rightly or wrongly, he was concerned about the propriety of certain elements of that call, and he reported those concerns to his superiors at the NSC.
Why was he not concerned about Biden?

nlike a number of members of the Trump administration, LTG Vindman did NOT defy the Congressional subpoena and appeared to testify before a Congressional committee, as directed by the subpoena.
I eagerly await your response when Joe, hunter and Schiff defy the subpoenas Ron Johnson submitted.

Simple
LC Vidman (leaker)—> Eric Ciaramella (so called whistleblower and Biden penis rider) —> Schiff—> leaks to MSM allies—> forces Pelosi to hold vote (2 defectors) —> Schiff Shite Show —> Vidman massive nothing burger (again) but potential 3 perjuries, going outside of his chain of command to attack superior officer —> destruction of his military career —> they still ain’t got him!

Let me reiterate AggieHank: His first stop for voicing his concerns wasn't his direct supervisor, it was a lawyer. Do you think that is normal behavior?
You can reiterate it all you want. frick, you could put that MFer on a billboard in that cocksuckers front yard and he’d STILL act like he didn’t see it
The dems and their supporters, as a group, are the biggest group of hypocritical, disingenuous crybabies I’ve ever seen in ANY aspect of life. I cannot stand what they’ve tried doing to our president, and I definitely cannot stand what they've done to our country the past few years. Absolutely DISGUSTING
And I’m not some Republican/Trump fanboy. Up until 2 years ago, I was completely neutral about politics..... apathetic, if you will.
So sick of this charade, Hank - you, and the rest of the people like you can go frick yourselves

Not going like you planned, eh comrade?

Maybe he went to talk with his pals to tell them to change the narrative...... again.

quote:I carefully said “superiors” rather than “direct supervisor.” I would consider the chief counsel for the NSC to be one of his superiors. He certainly did not go hire a private attorney. He seems to have worked within the existing, official framework of the NSC.quote:That's just it, he didn't do this. He didn't go to his direct supervisor. He want to a lawyer.
he reported those concerns to his superiors at the NSC
The NSC is not a military unit. He had a concern with an issue having legal implications, so he apparently talked to his brother (also an attorney at NSC), who referred Vindman to the chief in-house attorney, who seems to have recommended a course of action. That does not strike me as being outside the normal hierarchy..

quote:Revise what? The only potential discrepancy is a quibble over whether a civilian chief counsel for the NSC is technically a “superior” of a military NSC staffer.

Just because you throw up a bunch of words doesn't make anyone think you are not a hack. What did Vindman do?
1 - He broke the freaking chain of command when it wasn't needed.
Proof his supervisor was available.
2 - He has lied repeatedly.
3 - He put himself in for a purple heart over a scratch.
4 - He is a me first officer
5 - He thinks he sets foreign policy not the president.
