False. We have a clear “feet dry” policy for Cubans, there is not age limitation on it. The child made it to America safely and should have stayed.

From googling it - Elián González grew up in Cuba, earned an engineering degree, and worked as an industrial engineer. In 2023, he was elected to the National Assembly of People's Power, representing Cárdenas, Cuba.
