Who is more detrimental to the US: BLM protesters or white ANTIFA

I realize there’s overlap/contamination between these two groups; but I’m convinced the liberal progressives are doing more harm than are the BLM extremists.
BLM is passionate—usually the result of their life experiences.
Whether you agree with them or not, they’re [understandably] frustrated about having been discriminated against during their lifetimes.
To say nothing of their failed families and communities—a situation that many of them own/admit.
The white ANTIFA types tho ... those cats are just fools.
They don’t know hardship.
They don’t know God.
They’re lost souls who don’t belong to anything bigger than themselves (e.g., religion, functional family, university, volunteer organization, neighborhood/small town community), so they’re desperately trying to affiliate with a cause that allows them to vent their mental illness and loneliness.
Just look at that mentally disturbed boy who calls himself a lesbian who sexually assaulted girls yesterday.
He’s sick. Literally.
The best thing the black community can do right now to make the most of the current climate is to support black individuals similar to those who were represented on Trump's church panel in Dallas yesterday.
Distance yourselves from the progs, my black sisters and brothers.

Antifa for sure. Combined with the rest of the radical left they merely used George Floyd as a tool to launch their communist offensive. Those vermin rats couldn’t give two shits about George Floyd. They’ve got their eyes on a much bigger prize and are extremely emboldened. Floyd and BLM have given them the perfect avenue.
Now Antifa by itself wouldn’t make me nervous, but it’s more than them. It’s the full weight of their communist handlers who wish to transform this country, which is why I replied the way I did.

I disagree. Very few of them actually own it. Until any of their "leaders" like Obama, LeBron, Kaepernick, etc... publicly talk about this, then their silence is deafening.
That said, even if I feel like BLM is a little misguided, I think most ANTIFA members have legitimate mental problems. They're far, far more detrimental and need to be exterminated.

Antifa is more detrimental. They've proven, like a parasite, that they will invade other groups and take it over to serve their own causes.
BLM, while it is rooted in something ideal (racial equality), is fundamentally and unabashedly one sided. It has also morphed into something totally different that resembles Antifa now.
In either case, both are incredibly detrimental. Antifa only moreso because of the parasitic nature it has displayed.
