Who is driving the bus? Who is running the United States?

It is painfully obvious that Biden is not mentally there, or at least the majority of the time. Dementia is a cruel thing.
In your mind, who is actually running the presidency? Do you think it is Biden? Would the DC folks really be allowing him to have the keys to the bus? Is it one or two people? Is it a group or consortium of liberal Democrats? Who is making the final decisions?
How can any Republican with knowledge of this farce allow it to continue if Biden is not actually driving the bus?

I like to call it the Obama Cabal.
It is all the powerful people in his cabinet and all of those in high places that came in under Obama in the DOJ, FBI, etc.
Biden and Kamala will be tossed aside. They knew they could get Biden to do anything and go along with everything because he is so dirty and corrupt. They have so much leverage on him. They knew he wasn't capable of running 2024 so they can go full radical with him. Kamala is just along for the ride as well. She is unelectable and she was dead last when she dropped out of the race. So they have a Prez and VP that can't say anything or buck anything the Cabal does, because the Prez will be unable to run in 2024 and the VP is unelectable and unlikable and would lose the primary. Thus they can go full radical

Obama — an unknown backbencher from the Illinois State Senate — was chosen because he is a company man and does as he is told. This is the very reason the Clintons were plucked from obscurity from a relatively small southern state to challenge the Bush Dynasty.
This is not to deny that there are true differences in political priorities between these characters or that they have do not have a political base of power in Washington. Yet ultimately, what we are witnessing is the left and right wing of the Deep State vying for control of the Imperial Killing Machine.
