But blood pressure can behave strangely. I know people with significant ailments that have normal or low BP

Did you not read the report? He was advised of continuing diet and increased activity.
He has lost a lot of weight since this photo. I think that photo is exaggerated.
It was said when Trump saw his gut in photos on the golf course he said no more. He lost a lot in his gut.
