I wouldn't say it's worship. I only worship one being and it isn't Trump. I would classify it as things just defying logic enough that sometimes it's easier to explain it being supernatural.

Doctors perform cognitive assessments when there are observable signs of mental decline, or following events like head injuries.
They don't perform those tests just because.
