Only avenue I see of solving the problem is to ban all guns.

And how exactly do you think this massive confiscation will play out?

Yep, but you still have to be pretty crazy/disturbed before the fact.

I've played "No Russian" plenty and never felt the urge to shoot up an airport. Blaming video games is a hilariously bad take.

r system - not teaching kids HOW to think rather than trying to propagandize them into WHAT to 'think.'

And these video games being used as pacifiers from kid's earliest days are damaging their brains. This idea of "getting another life" is rattling around in their id.

Who benefits, democrats? Tell me how.

oh hell - anything that the MSM thinks is "newsworthy" is always for the benefit of the Dems.

if any info beneficial to conservatives is ever announced it is always minimized to the largest extent possible and usually just to catch up to required 'correct the record' announcements that prove their prior 24/7 coverage of beneficial propaganda for the DEMs during the past five years has to be gotten over with.

I knew that was going to be the answer... Just as I will say that I own guns and I haven't shot anybody...

But I do believe that kids that play these games non stop has to play a part... and I don't see any reason why it can't start being part of the investigation... Because they are definitely going to talk mental illness one this one.

Would mean nothing. And if he really wrote that manifesto then he's not playing video games 24/7.

I could play video games 24/7 and never once have the desire to shoot innocent people.

I, for one, keep my bow on me at all times in case I run across a gnome or an elf whose eyes glow in the dark. I avoid human paladins, though. Too hard to kill.

I agree with this. Kids have very impressionable minds and constantly see "people" get shot and killed and then respawn immediately.

I know this doesn't apply to the vast majority of gamers, but even subconsciously, it still probably has played a small role in some of these mass shootings.

Also, social media.

I feel like if someone is capable of carrying out the killing of innocent people then they are going to be pretty sick in nature. I still think they should be punished.

There have been atrocities carried out long before video games. I don't see it as some potential influence simply because the video game looks realistic. Video games are not the problem here, IMO.

I think about this scenario every time I go into a grocery store now

There was a shooting in a Memphis kroger a few months ago and up until then I hadn’t really considered it

If I’m ever involved and an active shooter is in there… I’m running out to my car, getting my pistol and going back in and eliminating the target

But you wouldn't be against the question being asked by authorities in the investigation would you?

Or are you just going into gamer defense mode no matter what?

Because studies have already been done, repeatedly, and none of them show a correlation between video games and violence.

It’s amazing that people still think it does

Self avowed leftist. Says he specifically chose the weapon to influence more gun control. Yeah definitely doesn't sound like a false flag.

Uh... U so sure of that? Looks like this study disagrees with your findings DR. Jones.
