So glad you’re sticking around.

Wondering if you have a guess on the next contrived fake scandal after this one fails?

What's contrived about it?

Trump told us he wants Ukraine to investigate Biden. He told us China should investigate Biden too.

Not at all. There are a dozen or so state dept. and NSC staff on these calls plus translators.
Yes punkin we know, but they insinuate a cabinet official.

quote:

In the two-page, single-spaced memo on July 26, the day after the Trump-Zelensky phone call, the whistleblower wrote: “The following is a record of a conversation I had this afternoon with a White House official about the telephone call yesterday morning between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.”

The whistleblower wrote that the conversation with the unnamed White House official “only lasted a few minutes, and as a result, I only received highlights.”

Staying with your theory...I wonder if those whose job it is not to judge but to transcribe and interpret....when Obama offered up a terrorist trade for Bowe Bergdahl and cash and gold bars to Iran were calling it crazy and frightening?

They are trying to gaslight Trump into thinking one of his officials said this.

I've been saying this all along. someone very close to the president is working to undermine him.

REO Speedwagon jokes don't get a lot of traction with my age group, but my dad graduated HS in '77 and was (is still?) a pot head. Glad someone got it

So we can put TigerDoc down as being officially against pursuing anything and everything Trump once he is out of office.

There are 1300 people who work in the WH who could be considered "White House officials" in a piece like this. I'm not saying that it couldn't be a cabinet member (Pompeo was on the call), but official NSC duty officers listen in and clean up the voice-to-text computer transcripts. Ambassador's staffs are often on these. There are translators. We just don't know who this was yet.

But why should be care when we have a transcript from a WH stenographer and testimony from fact witnesses Trump and Zelenskyy?

Are you guys telling me you weren't absolutely terrified when you read the transcript? I was shaken to my core and feared for our republic.

we don't have the full transcripts. There were numerous irregularities with that transcript (it was a ~5 page transcript for a 30 minute call, there are ellipses that NSC sources told the Post are not typical for transcripts of these calls, there was no assigned packet number, etc.)

Zelensky is going to be politic as he's dependent on US Aid.

And we all know how honest Trump is.

Given that it’s very questionable as to how Hunter Biden has made millions with no experience in the field he’s ostensibly working in.

And his father openly brags about using his influence to directly affect the internal political structure of another country.

I thought quid pro quo and influence in other countries was bad.....

So let's fill in the so called gaps that we have no idea the size or not with he said she said hate Trump testimony.

That is where we are at.

This is so silly.
