Full transcript was released.
The reason there was no packet # is because Trump has to declare all conversations with foreign leaders Top Secret because the NSC can't do its job and stop leaks. This is all public record.

Let’s take the honest assessment of the fake scandal.
Doc and media scum: Trump threatened to withhold aid unless Ukraine promised to investigate his political rival and interfere in our elections and he pressed him on it 8 times.
Reality: Trump asked Ukraine to help with 2016 election interference investigation and Ukraine brought up Biden and he told Ukraine to talk to Rudy and Barr on the matter. Trump never used aid as leverage in any form.

The call itself was only just under 3 pages of single-spaced writing (not including double-spacing for new paragraphs).
This tells me lots of dramatic licensing was taken with their version of the version of the call they heard about.
