None of them will call the race this year unless Biden is up. If Trump is up they’ll talk about the large number of mail-in ballots waiting to be counted from heavily democratic precincts.
ETA they’ll plainly speak about it as fact that Biden will win and be president.

With the mail in ballot stuff I see little chance there is a decided president in November.
