Has to be this, The Giver or F451 in some form. With a touch of Running Man, that's a good call out.

Strange that out of all the sci-fi films, it's going to be Demolition Man that is the most accurate.

And with Taco Bell being shitty now, it will suck even more.

“V” (1984) Alll mankind is united by brilliant “human” aliens who offer magical technologies to make our lives easier, when in reality they are lizard people preparing to enslave us.

Even as a kid, I wondered why they flew the damned plane over NY Prison.

Idk when it was published but Fahrenheit 451 comes to mind.

When it comes to the willful ignorance of the people, Fahrenheit nails it.

PCU. where all the minorities will be complaining about who should be at the front of the line.

This. When this movie came out in the 90's it was a comedy. Now it should be considered a documentary.

"Screamers" 1995 Scifi Horror

NPC robots made to look human roaming the waste lands of Trumps tax cuts, launching into violent fits of rage when they dont get what they want, sky screaming at the targets they are trying to cancel....

Anyone catch the 2009 reboot where the aliens were offering "blue energy," "free, universal healthcare," and the queen was "blissing" everyone? One of the very few network TV series with dark overtones for liberals.
