Forget the emails, the dick pics, the sex tapes for the moment because they’re irrelevant to this particular issue — which is the mere fact that this picture EXISTS. While the subject could have captured most of the other images himself, which certainly lends credence to the idea that he’s a perv, a photo like this screams blackmail material. It’s also arguably more useful to a powerful entity with international reach than it would be to, say, a spurned hooker.

Staged or not, “just a sick prank” or not, SOMEONE ELSE took the photo. Hunter Biden is the person who, through his grossly irresponsible actions, provided them the opportunity to do so. The revelation that he is therefore clearly compromised, regardless of the provenance of the info, demands further exploration in terms of what potential risk he poses to national security. Just the thought that an entity such as the CCP could be among the list of plausible suspects should have led the national discussion, not come as an ostensible afterthought from a dark corner of the internet.
