You're clearly not familiar with the EU, or most states outside the South. Your dog would get put down, and you'd get sued and charged for inappropriate levels of violence for someone that hadn't actually hurt you yet. Remember, self defense involving causing damage to an attacker is not a thing in most of the US, and nearly any of the EU, including socialist shitholes like Spain.
