Congress created the Dept of Education.
It'll take Congressional approval to do away with it's worthless arse.

Say what you will, I honestly believe Trump is doing everything he can to set shite right.
Unfortunately, all those folks we the people have voted into congress refuse to really get behind his plan.
We the people need to vote for better congressional representation.

I’ve been waiting on that for over a year. This is critically important.

By the time we get those people in, the President will be a Democrat DSA Muzzie.

OP doesn’t know the difference between a legislative agenda/campaign platform and an actual guarantee of a result. Same brand of dumb frick who thought Mexico was going to actually write a check for the wall. SMH.

But doesn't the president have say over the actual department?
Trump apparently signed an executive order dismantling to the fullest extent of the law, but I'm not sure what that even means honestly.

He’s cut the staffing in half and turned away nearly $2B in grants. It takes congress to do away with it completely. What’s scary is, you’re allowed to vote

He is not. In fact the R-kansas groupie girls will all tell you he never actually promised that, and that it is very panican to want to close down the Depart. Of Ed, you Kamala voter.

Apparently your vision and hearing have been obscured by the inner walls of your rectum these last 17 months, perhaps longer. I’ll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Have you not paid attention? This administration has wielded the power of the Department of Education as much as any other. They're not likely to turn lose of that power......even if they could, given that it is Congress that would have to kill the department.

You goofballs who continue to blame Trump for the Senates lack of effort on virtually anything are going to be in for a real surprise when Democrats regain control and we are forced to endure endless impeachment trials with a hefty dose of USAID funding.

It is, and if the Department of Education has a breath left in its body when Trump leaves office it will be an undeniable failure.

He did just that......whilst at the same time using the department's power and authority just as any other administration.

You are going to experience so much more winning with an additional 10-15 million new immigrants, Trump tax cuts repealed, millions in new funding to USAID and other Democratic programs with a side of DEI everywhere but just remember Trump just wasn’t “conservative” enough
