Dude, Houston, and Harris County is thugville. All you really need to know about Harris County is that it's controlled by democrats. How bad has it gotten? They elected an air head (Lina Hidalgo) who experienced a total metal meltdown that put her in the loonytoon house.

It's been like that for a while. The rodeo itself is still fine but everything outside of it has just gotten terrible. Fights basically everywhere.

I know cops that use their entire vacation to work extra job at the rodeo. They have plenty of cops there and have pretty good control. This was a one off.
