What's Wrong with Laxalt? I would like to know

The overwhelming theme on this board for any republicans that loses is that the Candidate is a terrible candidate. Please help me understand what is wrong with Laxalt other that he has "R" by his name.

Republicans aren’t as fortunate to have quality candidates like Fetterman, Kamala Harris, and Joe Biden.

In their defense, they are just ventriloquist dummies for Mitch McConnell. I can barely see that turtle piece of crap's mouth moving.
ETA: A great example of the power of propaganda. Many people parroting Mitch McConnell, also want him to not be the Senate leader. Propaganda is so effective, they parrot a lie of a guy they hate without even really knowing he is the purveyor of this lie.
Walker's a bad candidate! A more mainstream candidate wins! They ignore that Perdue and Loeffler both lost just last cycle. Propaganda is a helluva thing.

None of this. Laxalt certainly has the pedigree. Former AG, Grandfather a former US Senator from Nevada and sperm donor Dad in Pete Domenica. Also, he is a good candidate.
The problem is Vegas. LAS Vegas is full of California transplants mainly from LA. A lot of hotel workers and a good smattering of municipal workers. It's become heavy union. SEIU is huge and very active and populated by quasi communist/ socialist types in the upper echelons. They heavily influence the political landscape in Clarke County on the municipal level as well. All statewide offices of any import are decided by Las Vegas and SEIU runs Vegas.
Traded the Mob for a mob.

Georgia keeps reaching when it comes to candidates on the Republican side. Perdue sucked....people were just tired of him. Loeffler was just a rich donor and Walker is using his name recognition and God like status with UGA alums to carry him through. It may work, but don't confuse Herschel with a great candidate.

I have been on this board daily for 2 months straight. I have never seen him called a "terrible candidate".

Nothing. Nevada is just a tough state to win because you more than likely need to win Washoe by high single digits AND come within 7-8 points in Clark County.

Not him specifically, but almost every thread of someone who loses its stated oh he is a terrible candidate. He is the opposite of a terrible candidate and probably about the best that will run and he still loses.

If Trump endorsed him that means he is a election denier, insurrectionist, and is in favor of trumpism. No way Trump endorses someone who doesn't pass that litmus test.
