whats the point of winning elections if you dont even have the courage or conviction to keep babies from being slaughtered.

How are you ever going to do anything related to the issue if you can't win elections?

We are a nation built on democratic principles. Popularity is how you get your representatives into office in our republic.

Explain to me how being nuclear-level unpopular helps you do anything governmentally around the issue.

Say nothing about abortion. Focus on the economy and border security.

It’s a state issue. That should be the only play.

Just say it’s a state’s issue and not a federal issue. The President’s opinion is moot according to the Supreme Court.

This is the correct answer, but there are a whole lot of very stupid people who nevertheless vote who do not understand federalism.

Even the watered down milquetoast version of federalism we have now.

To these idiots, the POTUS is a king who is responsible for everything that happens during his/her administration.

And unfortunately, they elect the POTUS. Not me or you. We just cancel out votes on the other side.

Just let it go. 60% of the country don’t mind killing babies up to 3 months. However a vast majority think it’s wrong after that.

What’s the Republican play for abortion in ‘24?

Here's what proves that "Republicans" (the spineless GOPe) are merely the Controlled Opposition Wing of the Establishment Uniparty:

All that "Republicans" have to do on the entire abortion thing, is just to punt and say "that is a State matter that should be decided by the individual States." :::mic drop:::

But noooooo. You end up with dumb shits like Miss Lindsey Graham all of a sudden pushing legislation to ban abortions at the Federal level right when critical election races are just weeks or even days from being decided, giving the DNC (the Action Wing of the Establishment Uniparty) and the liberal MSM Narrative Control Apparatus the ammunition they need in order to spew pro-abortion talking points to the sheeple just in time to get the ignorant single-issue voters motivated to show up and vote straight-ticket (D).

There is no representation for conservative Americans. There is certainly a controlled opposition force to suddenly launch their pro-life tirades at the worst possible times. And it's like clockwork- you will 100% see this scenario play out, again, in September and October of this year leading up to the Election.

Gonna have to let Trump lead the way here. He proclaims a position and they fall in line. He is saying 15 weeks isn't he?

what if we compromised and made abortion legal for people of color only?

wouldn't that give them the "equity" they love to talk to about?

I don’t agree with abortion other than for rape and incest. Maybe if all the whores should just close their legs. IT IS NOT HEALTHCARE like they say. It’s murder and I don’t agree with it but if the republicans don’t come up with a good strategy about abortion Pedo Joe will win. He probably won’t even have to steal this election

just like in 22 when graham brought abortion up out of nowhere, and declared that making abortion illegal everywhere in amnerica, was the new republican platform, just to throw the election to democrats.

im sure he and turtle will do that again, they dont want to lead, they want to be good little uniparty stooges collecting their kickbacks for being traitors to america

It should be with the states and keep it that way.

Shouldn’t even be a federal issue.
