He paid them for their time and companionship. Anything sexually that occurred was between two consenting adults.

I don’t want to have to defend a guy like Gaetz, but when people like Swallwell and Cuomo endure a brief pillow fight from the media before continuing on as if nothing happened, it’s hard not to.

This story seems weak as frick - so far the “smoking gun” is that Gaetz sent $900 to his pal and his pal then sent $300 each to 3 18 year old girls. This would never fly as evidence against Swalwell or Hunter.

$300 each is not enough money to “pay for sex” with an 18 year old. And it’s not really illegal anyhow - they’re 18.

It’s the typical “smear a Republican through their sleazier bagman while using unconfirmed courses liberally to paint as gross a picture as possible”. They do the exact opposite with Dems.

It sorta makes you wonder how hacked web browser histories haven’t become a thing.

I guess everyone has a line they won’t cross.

not so much. Clinton used the Resolute Desk, which was not constructed until the Hayes Administration.

At this point in the situation, the only thing to really point out is the duplicity in standards.

Republicans - guilty until proven innocent.
Democrats - innocent despite being proven guilty.

Right on cue, AggieHank86 shows up to pretend like he is small government and muddy up a thread on the Poli Board. Everyone knows what you are here to do. Muddy up threads while pretending to be for small government.

"Hey I am for small government but this is the law."

"Hey I am not for government funded trains but many people love them."

"Hey I am not for cutting off kids peckers but it is a family decision."

If they legalize prostitution, I want reparations for all the dinners I bought where I didn't get laid.
