You're leaving off Trump's tax cut, and I would say Biden's infrastructure bill being passed was an accomplishment.
More liberal posters than I (yes, they exist) may point to his COVID relief package as an accomplishment, but I don't think it'll be seen as such in the future when we can quantify the effects these relief/stimulus packages have had on the economy/debt.
