Anything like that. Do House Rules require a “Mr” or “Ms”?
If so, then I don’t really fault Self.

work with someone that is trans. I try not to bring it up. I try to use gender neutral pronouns, but sometimes I use her on accident. They are accommodating about it and frankly, pretty cool in general, so I see no reason not to be the same.
It is pretty confusing.

Caitlyn Jenner, who transitioned from Bruce Jenner, has stated that she is not gay or lesbian, but rather heterosexual, as she has always been attracted to women
If she is really a she and likes women then she has to be gay.

The notion that I have to participate in someone else’s delusion is asinine.

What's rude is lying to someone and telling them they are something they are not.

Self is correct….. since he is public official he needs to state things properly

That i leave to them to figure out. As long as it's legal and consensual, it's nobody's business but theirs.

Why even engage with this lunacy. Just refuse to have anything to do with these people. Do not engage. What’s the point? Ignore them.

I wouldn’t be rude or insulting but would also in no way refer to them as a female or be forced to go along with their delusions.
I don’t have to agree or accept your crazy bullshite.

This is the only correct answer! All they seek is attention so don't give it to them!

I would be more concerned with why we have to call a doctor of chiropractory, Doctor.

The problem with acknowledging an obvious lie as truth - in whatever form or for whatever reason - is that it sets a personal and societal precedent for a subjective version of Reality. A person or society can believe anything, and expect their peers to do so as well. This sets the stage for massive “wailing and gnashing of teeth “, which is where we are. The fight for ultimate Truth is on. Read Johnathan Cahn’s “The Return of the Gods”. Humanity has embraced Paganism before as the historical record clearly reflects. Sex is a big part of Pagan Culture. Either we exist in a Spiritual Universe (God-based) or we don’t. There is no grey just black or white re that issue.

I'm not going to engage in the right or wrong about the personal address to the person not called their gender of preference. What's interesting to me is that I looked through several stories on this and have not found any evidence of what purpose the hearing was for. Anyone know? Doesn't sound that important, does it?

quote:I seem to remember that, too. I think the restroom rule is important, because unless they can fool us, they should be using the men’s restroom. And congress sets an important example for the rest of the country.
At the start of this congress, didn't speaker johnson set the rules on how this would be handled. He must use male restroom etc.

I would say this - Representative so and so , go in the back and pull down your pants.
If you have a dick you will be referred to as Mister.

In this particular case, would you refer to him as Sarah or Timothy?
I would just say, McBride.

The way I see it is that the person passes as a woman with out having to tell others. Why even bother telling people that you are "trans". So it seems as though the tranny messed up by being loud about. If you don't fit either category then don't get the courtesy of being outraged.

Introduce "her" as "Big Dick McBride".
