What is your opinion of Vindman wearing his full military uniform to his testimony?

While I think he's kind of a scumball it's not uncommon for someone in the military to wear their uniform before Congress

Very similar to what I've seen in criminal court often.....person wears military uniform in attempt to garner some level of automatic credibility.
