You’re exactly right. Local government allowing the riots to continue, all the while POTUS makes it very clear he’s willing to step in and clean it up. All they have to do is ask.
People in those cities are seeing their mayors and governors allowing this to happen.
Hopefully they vote them out in November.

Follow the money. There are almost ZERO riots without PAID agitators.
Find out who is paying the agitators and put them out of business. Closing the Houston CCP consulate seemed to slow things down for a while.

There is no secret to stopping the riots. Republican leaders have taken action throughout the country. Democrat leaders are enabling these riots to continue.
If you really want this to stop, vote Republican in Nov. Democrats will let riots continue as long as they think it helps their cause.

The solution is to bide our time until the election.
After Mr. Trump wins, it will go away.
Be prepared for it to get worse before it gets better.

The proper medicine to cure this problem needed to have been applied at the first sign of infection. All rioters seen to be looting and burning or attacking authorities need to have been shot on sight.
Unfortunately the medication was not applied and the disease has gone pandemic. Until the medication is utilized, I anticipate the pandemic to continue and possibly to get worse as there has been no serious effort to address the issue.
