I don't think you want the least government interference, because that's how you get Somalia (almost no taxes but also almost no law, no public works whatsoever, not even working traffic lights). You also don't want the most, because then you get North Korea (authoritarianism taken to its extreme). Both of these countries are considered "right-wing" but with wildly different scales of "government interference" between 0% and 100%.
You also don't want the most conservative country, which is apparently Yemen. In fact, you don't want to live in any of the top ten "most conservative" countries (Mali, Iran, Pakistan, Chad, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Swaziland, Ethiopia).
What you actually want is something in the middle that is close to the US conservative ideal. I agree with a poster above about former Soviet Bloc countries - Poland and Estonia are quite close to US conservative center, as is the nearby Hungary. A surprising answer is Spain, which is quite conservative and very very similar to US conservatives. I would actually vote Spain as the number one most similar country in the spirit of the OP. Ireland and Portugal come to mind as well.

Poland and Hungary are good answers, but Czechia isn't. It's comparatively liberal for eastern Europe, is the most atheist country in the world, has a somewhat negative attitude towards gun laws, is pro-marijuana and pro-LGBT, is the most decadent country and most tolerant country. The country itself is extremely libertarian but they do not fit well with US conservatism.

Agreed, individual rights and freedoms are not such a concept there. Japan has been ruled by the same party since 1955, and that party is considered "right-wing", but they certainly do not share the appreciation for personal liberty that US conservatives do.

I think you mean "libertarian" when you say " conservative".
Most people who call themselves "conservative" today aren't conservative. They are either libertarians (which are classic liberals) are libertarian-leaning republicans.
Most people that call themselves "liberal" are anything but. They are "progressive", which is anti-liberty.

I’ve spent a lot of time in Poland over the past few years and have a lot of friends there. This sentiment is spot on.

Kind of accurate, except liberal and libertarian aren't the same thing (anymore). There are basically two axes, authoritarian vs libertarian and conservative (right) vs liberal (left). It's more accurate than just liberal vs conservative, and it ends up with four broad groups of people.
The OP is looking for libertarian conservative, which yeah, is the current Libertarian party.
People who call themselves conservative today are conservative, but in the authoritarian conservative quadrant.

Well not with that attitude, mister!
Spain, which I mentioned above, is literally built on a history of taking its land back from Muslim conquest and occupation and has a cultural history and awareness of this. Portugal too.

Add Switzerland and Argentina to the list.
