What is plan for the food shortages

With all of the talk about food shortages, and the deliberate decision to create them, I gotta ask, "What is the point?" To prove that we need government control of our food supply? To show that we have a global warming crisis?
High gas prices.
Food shortages.
Global Warming.
Inflation.
I already hear the drum beat of folks blaming this on the failure of capitalism and that we need the government to save us from our capitalistic excesses.

Many people DO need an education on exactly what capitalism is. They have done a great job demonizing it to a ton of people en masse that actually do not understand it at all.

There absolutely should be "control" by government over food choices for EBT recipients.
But, they don't want to affect their voting block.

By the Left: The One World Govt uses it to bring about Agenda 2030, The Great Reset etc..mass migration to controllable urban centers(they vote Dem), the digital dollar, create more dependence on Big Govt and socialist structures, put the masses inside their divide and conquer urban hellholes full of their unofficial brownshirt brigades, etc..
By the Right: Let the Left make naked moves too fast out in the open for all the world to see exposed, as they even have to say the quiet parts out loud lately. Let them expend political and financial ammo. Let them expose the political and financial corruption, across Govt, Banking, Financial Markets, and the Corporatocracy, across most institutions, etc..

Probably true - starve folks from gasoline to drive them to electric cars.
Starve folks from real food to lead them to eat bugs for protein.

Most people in this country wouldn't know what to do if it got to second lunch time and they still hadn't eaten first lunch or first and second breakfast
