I keep wondering this as well, surely they enjoyed the benefits of Trump’s economic, tax and foreign policies I can only think they do and think what their Democratic leaders tell them without question. In other words they are brainwashed.

Think back decades ago...the media loved Donald Trump. He was a clown, but he was entertaining and they all had him on their shows nonstop because Americans found him fascinating.
But once he entered the race and began behaving unlike past Republicans, which is to say he plaining told them to go frick off when they attacked him, they completely lost their shite. The media, that is. No one had EVER done that to their faces and it was popular with people who suddenly began questioning their narratives. They went all in from that day and have poisoned the well for a huge number of people world wide. I don't think many of them believe half of the shite they spout, but it sells and it works.
Activist types simply ate up what the press fed them. they were poised to hate anyone on the other side, so when the press told them he was Hitler and Satan rolled into one, they ran with it.
Average Americans who half way pay attention buy the perceived legitimacy of Legacy Media, so if they said it it must be true...so many think he's as bad as they claim and will parrot anything they hear.

If Trump-hate were a massive Oak Tree this would just be the small branches and leaves. The trunk is Wall Street who makes money off of open borders, trade giveaways and endless war.

You saw the guy being interviewed the other day in NY. He confidently made an assertion about Trumps illegal activity. Then he was asked to give an example.
It looked like it was the first time he had actually considered that question. And he melted.
This is the norm.

Because he won't apologize and succumb to their rules. They call him racists...he charges on. They call him misogynist...he charges on.
Previously, when confronted by such level of claims, Republicans would have to back up, try to explain why they weren't what they were being labeled as, or heaven forbid, feel that they have to apologize for something they might have not actually done.
Can't play the same game with Trump. He fights back, he gets more bold and doesn't adjust his strategy.
