What is a racial thing you concede a point on?

For example, a person might say “I generally believe there is a system of oppression that keeps black people down, but the reality is blacks on average have low impulse control.” Or, on the other side, “I believe blacks are (insert whatever you want) but it is true that white men are insecure about black male sexual prowess.”
I’m just making crazy examples to get a discussion going. I like racial topics.

In specific situations I can see that a black man would be better in a leadership role than a white man. For example, as a football coach at a recently desegregated high school, or maybe a sheriff in a small town in the Old West.

This is a very good observation.
Also, why is cultural appropriation only from crackers to other races and not also the opposite.
Other races don’t call out their own bs.

Plus, the left routinely bitches about raising the minimum wage. Seems minimum wage is great if someone else has to pay it, but not good when you have to pay it.

Black people are oppressed, but it's a mental slavery from the Democrats. If you tell people they are oppressed and can't accomplish anything and constantly lower standards, they will stay at the bottom.
