What happens when dems start demanding a mistrial for a fake post on FB

Dems want this to be a mistrial so bad because they know they have done fricked up. If it's a mistrial then it hides all of the shady shite that they did during this trial and puts the blame off them onto a 3rd part juror

Supposedly the judge in the trial that Trump just got convicted in is considering declaring a mistrial because someone who knew a juror posted that Trump was going to be convicted before the verdict came down.
I think what he's saying is that if this happens and sets that precedent, when Trump wins and starts using the justice system to target Democrats, they will simply have someone post on social media and claim grounds for a mistrial in their own trials.

Do you not pay attention to Dems?? When they want something, they do not stop until they get it. You are confusing Dems with pussy arse repubs who say they want something until they get it (overturning Roe v Wade). I can assure you that Dems 1000 percent want Trump in jail and they are not running around hoping for a mistrial due to his recent 400 million dollars in campaign contributions… there is no super secret plot by Dems to plant a Facebook post to trigger a mistrial. That’s simply wish casting on your part.

We are so far from the court, at any level, declaring a mistrial.
Chances are almost certain this was a “false flag” post by a poster who has no relation to any juror. This was a public Facebook page.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a Trump supporter trying to muddy the water.
Mistrials are rare and there must be actual bias on the part of a juror. You don’t get there with this Facebook post alone.

So which is it? You seem to be aware the poster is a "professional shitposter" who is trolling, but yet, you still think it is a Trump supporter trying to muddy the waters. It's a bit of stretch that both of these are true, so it kind of seems like you threw the Trump supporter thing out there just to show your bias.

2. Drag out investigation
3. can not start appeal until sentenced
4. Keeps gag order in place
A) ruins any chance of fast track appeal before election
B) increased fundraising for Dems, including down ballots over longer period of time
C) gives them the nucleur plan of actually attempting put in Rikers closer to election
D) if all fails, restart trial in Oct and keep him from campaigning
E) increases gag order length, possibly up to Nov 5
