I am not a republican supporter, they are just boiling us slightly less slowly than democrats. If they do what they say they want to do, things will get fricked fast. If they move to gun confiscation, who knows, probably not much. We have so many boot licking pussies in this country even if the government fricks us harder nothing will come of it.

In my opinion trump can only forstall the inevitable. The next democrat who wins will be heavily influenced if not owned by the """progressives""" and will go to lengths to ensure the two party system becomes a 1 party system - in their favor.
I think that is the future. Look at Burma - after a 1 party system for decades, the ruling party finally introduced the "Burmese way to socialism," yes they went full socialist. Sound familiar? Can you guess what happened next? Abject poverty, utter collapse of quality of life. Shocker.
People finally had enough and staged mass protests. The military viewed them as civil unrest, and stomped them into the ground,. They then took control and dissolved the ruling party citing its failure. It wasnt pretty.
Applying that to the USA is straightforward. The political divides in this country are too deep, and after a few decades of a one party system that kills the American dream, the burgeoning military takes over and the USA rises again as, at best, a stratocracy with state controlled capitalism a la China.

People really hated it when I first started predicting this to happen in the coming decades, but, I get the impression that more and more are beginning to accept that the future of the USA is already decided. Well, now if Trump isn't re-elected then I can only assume that means the Democrat won. And call me crazy, but I'm just not seeing a scenario wherein that would lead to anything tending toward controlled/lowered deficit.
