It's all a matter of scale.

What I know about you in a business context is you don’t know how to read a contract
I do enjoy folks who think they know what they don't.
The difference is, though I do know my way around contracts, cwill, I also know my way around good advisors, including contract and corporate attorneys.

and just a little perspective regarding what that looks like IRL, neither I personally, nor any company I had ownership in, ever lost a legal dispute. In or out of court -- contractual, corporate, medmal -- Not one.

The only thing we can know for sure is that you were very certain of your emotional opinion about the Twitter purchase agreement, what musk was entitled to and how it would play out. You were wrong in every single respect.

I can’t verify your legal record. It’s notable that you apparently were involved in a lot of litigation.

Perhaps. Perhaps not. We don't actually know all driving points of the Musk settlement. You presume you do, obviously.

Wow!
You have no clue, but at least you couched that swing-and-miss with an "apparently".

He still has over $200 billion left to wreck your mental health.

I’m glad to see the Twitter purchase drama hasn’t been forgotten. Those were fun threads.

This didn’t age well. Suit filed in federal court in Texas today a-hole.

Anyone with any sizable amount of assets will have been involved in litigation at some point. The fact you don’t know this tells us a lot about your net worth. If you had a “significant” business, you would know this. We now know you were lying.

Elon should make it a class action where we all can join. Media "Madders" have hurt us all with their destructive nonsense.

Buddy, just like with NC, we have a record of your dishonesty and bad faith.

No perhaps - it was crystal clear.

It wasn't a settlement - he capitulated.

What did Musk capitulate on, specifically?

He went through with the sale at the original value rather than a lower value.
